Clothing & Equipment for Roller Skiing

What DOES your skier need for roller skiing?

HEADS UP... BODY DOWN!

EVERYONE hits the pavement/wipes out/falls/goes down when they roller ski. New skiers fall a lot more than experienced ones, so protecting yourself makes a lot of sense. If you are a new roller skier and/or want to wear elbow and/or knee guards when you are roller skiing, that is a smart thing to do.

Coaches will have first aid should skin be donated to the pavement.

All items below are a MUST for safe and comfortable roller skiers, albeit the last three items are recommended but optional.
