End-of-Season Banquet

The end of our 2025/2026 season is approaching. Let's celebrate the season--the skiers, coaches, volunteers, schools, and parents who made it possible! This banquet is for ALL skiers:

  • Girls and Boys teams
  • Middle schoolers and high schoolers
  • Developmental, Junior Varsity, and Varsity skiers

Please reserve the evening of March 2nd to join everyone at the banquet.

Date/time: Monday, March 2nd starting at 6:00 p.m. (Arrival starting at 5:45 p.m. welcomed!)

Location: Eastview High School. Park in west parking lot, and walk through doors to the Commons area.

Food: Las Tortillas >>

Dress: Many kids will dress up, and many will not. You do you.

Please complete the steps below by Monday, February 23rd, so that the Board may prepare accordingly.

COACHES, please sign up, and enter $0 for "Payment amount". Select "Cash or check at banquet".

SKIERS, plan on returning your clean uniform and jacket (if you have a Varsity jacket) at the banquet!

Rental ski return will be organized for a later date.

1. Register

Complete registration by Friday, February 20th.

2. Submit payment

If paying electronically, submit payment by Monday, February 23rd.

Payment can be made one of the two following ways

  • Venmo: Send payment to @isd196nordicskiteam with your skier's name as Subject.
  • Cash/check: Pay on entrance to the banquet.

3. Donate to coaches' gifts

Provide payment by Monday, February 23rd.

Payment can be made one of the two following ways

  • Venmo: Send payment to @isd196nordicskiteam with "Coach gift" and your skier's name as Subject.
  • Cash/check: Provide cash/check to one of the captains.

4. Send photos!

Vanessa Cossetta will create centerpieces for the banquet tables using photos of our skiers. All she needs are photos of your skier(s)!

Please email 2 or 3 photos of your skier to Vanessa by Monday, February 23rd. (You can find great photos in the TeamSnap app!)
