Registration for WTT

To register your skier for the WTT, complete Steps 1, 2, and 3.

Please reference the Itinerary for Winter Training Trip and Packing List for Winter Training Trip when preparing.

Step 1: Skier information

Registration is closed. Please contact Andrea Poppinga with questions or concerns.

Step 2: Forms and waivers

Submit completed forms to Andrea Poppinga by Sunday, December 15th.

Forms and waivers

All skiers 18 years old should complete their own forms.

All skiers require the following forms completed and submitted:

  1. Overnight Student Medical Form >>
  2. Overnight Field Trip Permission Form >>
  3. Camp Warren Waiver >>

Submission

There are two methods to submit the forms to Andrea Poppinga:

  1. Email: andreamnewman@yahoo.com.
  2. Snail mail: 9442 Tyne Lane, Inver Grove Heights, MN 55077

Step 3: Submit payment

Payment for the trip is $320. Full payment for the trip is due by Friday, December 20th.

Payment can be made one of the two following ways

  • Venmo: Send payment to @isd196nordicskiteam with your skier's name as Subject.
  • Cash/check: Coordinate with Kristin Wanken at kjwanken@gmail.com.
